helpful staff dining options

The staff was very helpful and always willing to assist me. I found various dining options near the hotel in addition to the bakery within the hotel premises (I really liked the pastries!).

My room lacked air conditioning, so I had to keep the window open to stay cool.

great location spacious bathroom thoughtful amenities basic breakfast no air conditioning warm room

The location was great. A tram stop was nearby. Grossmünster and several shops were within easy reach.. The room and bathroom both provided ample space and cleanliness. They even supplied slippers and a laundry bag, thoughtful touches.

The breakfast selection was somewhat basic . The only hot items were boiled eggs. The room lacked air conditioning, relying on a ceiling fan instead. It was quite warm.

broken fridge uncomfortable stay

the staff was helpful with check in and finding parking nearby

the fridge did not work all my food spoiled also water leaked onto the floor from the fridge the room was hot with no ventilation the fan did not work well it made the stay uncomfortable
